Q. Do you offer one‑off or occasional walks?
No. We’re a recurring, weekday‑only dog walking service. That’s how we give your dog real routine and build a true relationship with them.
Q. Which towns do you serve right now?
We currently offer weekday walking routes in Medfield, Dover, Sherborn and Needham. If you’re just outside these towns, you can still apply and we’ll let you know if we’re able to add your street.
Q. What times of day are walks available?
We run morning, midday, and afternoon routes on weekdays. Once we review your application and see where you live, we’ll let you know which windows are available for your home.
Q: Will my dog always have the same walker?
Yes. Your dog will have a primary, dedicated walker for their recurring schedule. In rare cases when that person is unavailable, one of our highly trained managers or team members will fill in so your dog isn’t left without care.
Q. Do you walk dogs in all weather?
We walk in most New England weather, adjusting routes for safety and comfort. In extreme conditions, we may shorten the walk and focus on potty breaks and enrichment based on your & your pups preference.
Q. How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the length and frequency of your walks. After you apply, we’ll share a clear quote based on your dog’s needs.
Q. What happens after I fill out the form?
We review your details, confirm if your home fits an existing route, then reach out to talk through options and next steps. If we’re not a fit right now, we can keep you on our priority list for future openings.
Q: How often do you cancel walks?
We almost never cancel walks. Because we’re a team, not a single Rover-style walker, if your regular walker is out sick or on vacation, one of our trained managers or team members will step in. Our routes in Medfield, Dover, and Needham are built so your dog still gets their weekday routine, even when life happens.
Q: Can my dog do both playgroups and walks?
Yes. Many families use a mix of weekday walks and playgroups. Once we know your dog’s age, energy level, and social comfort, we can recommend the right blend so they get the exercise and enrichment they need without being overstimulated.
Q: Do you only walk certain breeds or sizes?
We walk a wide range of breeds and sizes, from small puppies to large adult dogs. What matters most is temperament and safety. On your application, you can share your dog’s breed, size, and behavior, and we’ll let you know if our routes and team are a good fit.
Q: What if my dog is shy, anxious, or reactive?
We work with many shy and sensitive dogs. Our walkers move at your dog’s pace and focus on building trust and routine. If your dog has a bite history or significant reactivity, we may recommend training first or a slower introduction plan to keep everyone safe.
Q: Are you insured and background-checked?
Yes. Our team is fully insured, and walkers are carefully screened and trained. You’re trusting us with your home and your dog, and we take that responsibility seriously.
